You shouldn't have to choose between the cost of treatment and your future family.

If you've recently been diagnosed with cancer and are facing a narrow window to preserve your fertility before treatment begins, the Stardust Fertility + Sharsheret Oncofertility Grant exists for you.

This grant provides urgent financial assistance to Jewish women navigating a cancer diagnosis - up to $5000 per eligible individual for egg + embryo freezing and IVF. We know you're already carrying an enormous amount. This grant is our way of making one part of the journey a little lighter.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must have diagnosis of breast cancer or ovarian cancer

  • Must require IVF or egg/embryo freezing before treatment

  • Must be a Jewish community member via Sharsheret network

  • Must be a NY, NJ or CT resident (or must be treated at a Stardust partner clinic in the Tri-State area)

What to expect:

This application takes approximately 15–20 minutes to complete. You can save your progress and return at any time, no need to finish in one sitting. You'll be asked about your medical situation, fertility treatment plans, and household finances. Complete as much as you can. If you don't have every answer yet, that's okay. Submit what you have and we'll follow up.

Before you begin, have handy if possible:

  • Your most recent tax returns (last two years)

  • Your insurance card or policy information

  • Your oncologist's name and practice

  • Your fertility clinic or reproductive endocrinologist's name (if you've connected with one)

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Urgency relative to treatment start date is always considered
