Getting Involved With Stardust Committees
COMMUNITY
Spearheads the growth of Stardust by planning non-revenue generating events such as Happy Hours, Challah Bakes, Insta Lives, etc. Members reach out to local leaders in their own communities (Rabbis, Executive Director’s, etc.) to spread the word about Stardust.
EVENTS
The events committee plays a critical role in ensuring that events are successful and memorable for attendees. They are responsible for assisting with everything from planning to day-of coordination and post-event evaluation. They will also work to establish partnerships and sponsorships to help promote the event, while having their name on event materials as well.
FUNDRAISING
Help with all fundraising initiatives for the Organization to include: Through Infertility and Beyond, Birthday Party Gala and other events. They motivate the group around these initiatives, pass along information and report out on goals. They also help to execute any additional revenue generating events to help Stardust raise the necessary funds to bring more jewish babies into this world through reproductive technology.
GRANTS
Meet in person once a quarter to review and evaluate all applications submitted to Stardust. Members will consider factors such as medical history, age, economic status, etc.
